• We offer monthly and annual subscription plans.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

4. Refund Policy

• We provide a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
• After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including Google Sign-In). All activities under your account are your responsibility.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
• Resell, redistribute, or duplicate generated content as a competing service.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and branding are owned by SocialOrbit. You retain rights to any original content you input or generate through the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialOrbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
